What our members say

Frequently Asked Questions

Our memberships run for a minimum of 12 weeks and roll on weekly thereafter, with a 2 week cancellation policy. We can guarantee that you will be with us for a long time though! We have members who have been with us 7+ years.

Yes, memberships can be paused for a maximum of 2 weeks in every 12 week period. 

Membership payments are direct debited weekly via Paysmart.

Yes we do, please contact us to arrange this. We can set your membership up to only apply for the weeks you are home.

We use a booking system called PTMinder. It is very user friendly. You can book up to 3 weeks in advance, and cancel a booking up to 2 hours before class starts. The software also sends you booking reminders to help you get there.

Absolutely you can! Please contact us to arrange a time and date that suits you. We would love to meet you and show you our facilities.

Yes it is! We have people of all abilities in our classes. Our expert coaches are well trained to offer exercise regressions and progressions. We also offer one-on-one personal training, which is a great place to develop skills. 

Please bring a towel and water bottle. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing suitable to exercise in, and runners. And of course, please bring your energy 🙂
